Liverpool, Manchester, Leeds and the wider North of England. Cheshire, Lancashire, Merseyside, Greater Manchester, the south Cumbria edge, and West Yorkshire. Most jobs sit within an hour of our Trafford Park office, but we travel further for multi-site contracts and specialist work like Starlink installs on rural sites. Is the site survey really free?

Yes, for almost every job, the first survey is free. We'll visit your site, walk the layout with you, take the measurements we need, and come back with a written quote. The only times we'll flag a charge upfront are for very large multi-site surveys or specialist designs. For example, a detailed predictive WiFi heatmap survey, which is quoted separately.

How quickly do you respond to enquiries?

Most enquiries we receive in working hours are answered the same day. Out-of-hours messages are picked up the next working morning. For urgent issues, a CCTV system that's gone down, a network outage, a phone system not taking calls. Phone us rather than emailing, so you reach an engineer faster.

Can I drop in to your office?

We're at Unit 4 Willan Enterprise Centre, Trafford Park, M17 1DB, but visits are by appointment only, we're often on site with customers and would hate for you to drive over and find the door locked. Call ahead on 0330 838 1000 or email hello@core-comms.co.uk and we'll book a slot.

Free survey. Clear quote.

Most of the work we do is too varied to quote sight-unseen. A site survey gives us, and you. A clear picture of the building, the cable runs, the existing kit, and what the install will actually involve.

Tell us what you need

We agree a time

Including out of hours if your site can't be disrupted in working time.

An engineer visits

Walks the site with you, takes notes and measurements, and asks the questions that affect price.

For larger or multi-site projects, the survey may take longer or involve a second visit. We'll tell you up front if that's likely.

Trafford Park is one of the most accessible business locations in the North West: five minutes off the M60 (J9), under ten from Manchester city centre, and close to Salford, Stretford, Urmston and Altrincham. From Trafford Park we're an hour west to Liverpool down the M62, and an hour east to Leeds along the same motorway.

Most of our work happens on customer sites across the North West and West Yorkshire. If you're nearby and not sure whether we cover you, just ask.

Liverpool

Liverpool and the surrounding Liverpool City Region. Wirral (Birkenhead, Wallasey, Heswall, West Kirby), Sefton (Bootle, Crosby, Maghull) and Knowsley. Strong demand from the L1, L3 and L24 postcodes especially. CH postcodes on the Wirral side are part of the same patch.

Manchester

Our home patch, our office sits in Trafford Park (M17), so Trafford, Salford, the city centre and the inner suburbs (Didsbury, Chorlton, Stretford, Sale, Altrincham, Stockport) are all within a short call-out. We also cover Bolton, Bury, Oldham, Rochdale, Tameside and Wigan.

Leeds

Leeds across the LS postcodes, the inner suburbs (Headingley, Chapel Allerton, Roundhay, Hyde Park, Burley, Beeston, Holbeck) and the surrounding towns (Morley, Pudsey, Horsforth, Garforth, Wetherby, Otley). We'll often pick up work further afield in West and North Yorkshire.

Wider North West

Cheshire, the rest of Merseyside, the Lancashire coast (Leeds, Blackburn, Blackpool, Lancaster), and the southern edge of Cumbria. Whether you're a single-site office or a multi-branch operator, we'll usually be able to get to you.
